A testing/assessment evaluation includes:      

·    Intake/diagnostic meeting with parent(s)/guardians (if a minor) and/or client  

·     Testing based on diagnostic interview and history/background information  

·     Recommendations for home/school/work  

·     Solution-focused tools and techniques to promote success  

·     Post-assessment/testing meeting with parent(s)/guardian(s) and/or client 

 ·    Written report
